Welcome to 56520 Eclipse Drive, a beautifully remodeled riverfront retreat on the Deschutes just minutes from Sunriver and The Village. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, a private hot tub, private dock, pool table, bikes, and dog-friendly accommodations, this home is set up for memorable family vacations and easy group getaways in Central Oregon.

Tucked into the peaceful Three Rivers community just outside Sunriver, this home sits right on the edge of the Deschutes River, offering the kind of quiet, scenic backdrop guests remember long after the trip is over. Whether you are sipping coffee in the morning, watching wildlife pass by, or winding down in the hot tub after a day out, the riverfront location makes this home feel special from the moment you arrive.
Inside, the newly remodeled great room is bright, open, and made for gathering. The living area features comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a striking river rock wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings together. The dining area seats 10 and connects easily to the well-stocked kitchen, where granite countertops and views of the Deschutes make meals and conversation feel like part of the vacation.
The bedroom layout works beautifully for families and mixed-age groups. On the main level, the primary king suite includes a private bathroom with enhanced accessibility features, including a roll-in shower and wheelchair-accessible sink. Also on the main level is a second king bedroom and a full bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a third king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and another full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Step outside to enjoy the deck, fire up the gas BBQ, soak in the private hot tub, or head down to the home’s private dock for a closer look at the river. The garage adds even more built-in fun with a full-size pool table and bikes for cruising the neighborhood.

This was our first time staying at this property, 4 adults, we liked having the master suite separate from the rest of the rooms, huge kitchen with lots of storage, our favorite part was hanging out in the back yard,on the patio or dock, watching the ducks, Canadian geese on the river, although we had some mishaps during our stay, the property manager went above and beyond to accommodate us, which was much appreciated

We loved our stay at the RIver Front Home. The house was very clean and came with everything we needed.Our boys loved fishing off the back dock and even caught a few trout. The pool table was a big hit for them. This was a perfect location and we hope to return again someday!

We loved the location! The house is located on a bend in the river where the view of the landscape is exceptional. We took advantage of the river, kayaking and floating to the bridge. The river front was wonderful to sit by for drinks in the evening. The house is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator and new appliances. We appreciated the comfortable king size beds. We had such a great time we extended our stay one day. Thank you again.
