About this house rental
Newly renovated home, with this house being only 2 blocks away from downtown you are close to activities such as, the Mineral Belt Trail, Leadville Railroad, Mosquito Pass, all the local restaurants/shops, Mining Musuem and Turquoise Lake. There are also ski resorts such as Ski Cooper which is ~15 minutes away and Copper Mountain with just a 30-minute drive. There are also two security cameras located on the front of the house, one is pointing towards the trash bin alley side and the other looking towards the front parking.

The property is within walking distance of Main Street, which made it easy to head out for dinner without needing to drive. We really enjoyed the location.The living room was comfortable and featured what looked like a new couch. The kitchen appliances also appeared to be fairly new, and the home was very clean throughout.My parents stayed in the first bedroom and said the mattress was very comfortable. The mattress in the second bedroom wasn’t quite as comfortable, as you could feel some wear where people typically sleep. I can’t comment on the third bedroom since we didn’t use it.Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot just off the main strip in Leadville. Stocked with everything you need. I loved staying here.
