About this house rental
Newly renovated home, with this house being only 2 blocks away from downtown you are close to activities such as, the Mineral Belt Trail, Leadville Railroad, Mosquito Pass, all the local restaurants/shops, Mining Musuem and Turquoise Lake. There are also ski resorts such as Ski Cooper which is ~15 minutes away and Copper Mountain with just a 30-minute drive. There are also two security cameras located on the front of the house, one is pointing towards the trash bin alley side and the other looking towards the front parking.

We were very comfortable in The Spruce House! It was a short stay, but the kitchen updates were lovely, and the bed was comfortable. A responsive host was also appreciated.

Great in town base for any excursions! The kitchen is well setup, if you don’t feel like going out. We would stay there, again.
