About this house rental
Newly renovated home, with this house being only 2 blocks away from downtown you are close to activities such as, the Mineral Belt Trail, Leadville Railroad, Mosquito Pass, all the local restaurants/shops, Mining Musuem and Turquoise Lake. There are also ski resorts such as Ski Cooper which is ~15 minutes away and Copper Mountain with just a 30-minute drive. There are also two security cameras located on the front of the house, one is pointing towards the trash bin alley side and the other looking towards the front parking.

The location was perfect for exploring the downtown and viewing the mountains. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to wander around for sunrise strolls. We had all the basics. It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen supplies and general cooking spices or condiments but we made due just fine. Having a few local guide books or printouts about the local restaurants and activities would be nice also. Overall it was excellent and we would go back :)

This spot was perfect for our family of 4! It was in easy walking distance to downtown, clean, and cozy! Would definitely recommend.

The property was clean & updated. The front steps to the porch were steep with no railing. My husband uses a walker and had some difficulty navigating the spaces. He wasn't able to bring his walker into the bathroom. The spaces are tight. There were no tea bags or sweetener. Little things but it does improve the presentation.
