Clean, accommodating with all supplies, easy access, entering and leaving, great location.
Maybe have a toaster available and a regular coffee machine.

Great communication from host. Easy entry and clean spacious room with parking right in front of our space. Beds were comfortable. Host had stocked the refrigerator with waters. The unit had clearly recently been renovated and felt updated and clean.
Room was quite hot, even with two fans blowing, but can't control the weather. We stayed during a peak weekend (Leadville 100 MTB), so the price was very high for two nights.
