This second floor beachfront getaway at Watercrest Condominiums is a spacious, freshly updated space perfect to host you and the family or friends! Watercrest 209 features two bedrooms, the master hosts a king bed, while the second bedroom hosts two queen beds. The common area also hosts a sleeper sofa for two. We also manage unit 210 located right next door so the two condos are perfect for large groups that want to be together for vacation but need additional space.
Enjoy beautiful beach views from the cozy balcony, all housed within one of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach! Why This Property? Watercrest 209 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2024. Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.
The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. Unique Benefits Walking distance or a short drive to Schooner's, Alvins Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant.
Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities that the entire family will enjoy.
The owner of the unit provides guest with a 2 Person Cabana Chair at the beach for guest to use when booking. (Mid March thru October)
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We really liked the location on the 2nd floor so we didn’t have to rely on the elevators. It was very clean, and simply decorated. Had a lot of the kitchen staples like cooking oil, sugar etc… that we were not aware of and purchased. we worked the provided puzzles when it was too hot for the beach.

The room was amazing! The owner thought of every small thing that you might need or want during your stay. The building itself though could use some updates! Elevators rarely working and the play rooms just looked dirty.

Great view of the beach along with a clean pool. Condo was clean and in a very convenient location to all PCB has to offer.

Beaches view was very nice! Pool view was nice but, pool had dust dirt from work being done on building!We were not told about work being done prior to booking! Noise every day!I would not have stayed there if I had known!
