You will have 1440 sqft of living space which includes a large master bedroom with a king size bed and amazing views through a large sliding glass door and a second bedroom that has two queen beds. It also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both baths and the kitchen tout granite counter tops, tile flooring, and all new appliances and fixtures. The living room has a very large sliding door set that allows a view of the ocean from every angle in the condo. Truly amazing! Watercrest Condominiums just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new including the beautiful entrance with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex is a cut above also with the new lounge chairs for your enjoyment. The Tiki Bar poolside at Watercrest is serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racketball court and exercise room.

The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! We had a wonderful time, beautiful place, clean. Big TVs in the rooms. Great poolside bar, chair service. Hot tub wasn’t working but pool was well heated. Would definitely stay again.

This condo has amazing views, convenient location, steps from the pool and beach, we’d stay again in a heartbeat.Chase was very responsive and easy to reach. Every question and issue was answered and resolved quickly. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was clean (we’ve been in some rentals that you don’t want to sit on the couch!),the balcony - probably our favorite part of the condo - is large, has a table and a couch so we all could comfortably relax out there. It is set back a bit so we were protected from the wind. When looking at the description of the condo it wasn’t immediately clear to me, but the guest room and 2nd bathroom have a door that can be shut to make it private for that room - Bonus!The only suggestions we would make are maybe a little deep cleaning - ie baseboards, doors, and the towel racks and toilet paper holder are loose and kept coming off. I did not report this to Chase because it wasn’t a big enough deal to interfere with our enjoyment of this condo.No hesitation in recommending this condo!Thank you, Chase, for your help. It was nice chatting with you and Sherry. Also, thanks for letting us check in early!

Very enjoyable. Pool heated and clean

The A/C unit kept going out through out the stay. It was 75-76 degrees and never got below 72 degrees and that is with the maintenance person coming out numerous times. We left a day early.
