About this apartment rental
***ONE OF THE NICEST WATERCREST UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RENT***
16th floor condo at The Watercrest, PCB.
The living room and all of the bedrooms have mounted flat screen tv's with cable.
The master bedroom has one King size bed with ocean views and its own private bathroom. The master bathroom has a nice walk in shower with glass doors.
The second bedroom overlooking the water has a king size bed, flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower in it with glass doors.
The third bedroom has two full size beds.
The living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa so the condo comfortably sleeps 10.
The third bathroom is newly renovated also with a walk in shower.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances.
Beach Chairs included (March-October)
Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

My friend and I stayed here for a girl's getaway. It was great having two master suites with their own bathroom. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. It's the perfect location with an amazing view of the ocean. The only complaint we had was that the condo could use a good, deep cleaning. The walls, door frames and cabinets hadn't been wiped down in quite a while. The lamps were dusty, toothpaste was splattered on the frame of the mirror. in the bathroom etc. Whoever they have cleaning the condo isn't paying attention to the little details. We consider those minor things though and would stay here again.

Views where stunning , cleaning could be much better and needs some painting all the walls where scuffed up but all in all was super amazing Would highly recommend and hope to return

We arrived at the check-in time, but were checked in two hours later. We stood in the hallway with small children for two hours. We were promised a refund for the parking fee for this incident. No one returned the money. I have photos of the cockroaches in our room.
