Come relax at Bay View Rendezvous! Tampa's only all-waterfront, all-suite resort is perfectly positioned for those traveling for business or simply to relax. Located on beautiful Rocky Point Island, Sailport Resort is just minutes from Westshore business district, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport but without the noise.
The Space:
Pardon our Progress! For the next few weeks the resort is undergoing renovation. Although the work will be conducted during limited hours, our prices have been discounted due to any inconvenience you may experience
Waterfront condo with gorgeous views of the breathtakingly blue, crystal waters of Tampa Bay, this fourth floor 1 BR/ 1 BA suite provides you with an escape to a Tropical Serenity. With one queen sized bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, the suite can accommodate 4 guests, featuring a full kitchen and full bath. Both cable and internet are provided. As you begin your adventures every morning, guests can enjoy sipping coffee from our complimentary coffee station while taking in the phenomenal views of the bay on the balcony or from inside. This incredible oasis can be all yours.
Guest access:
Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don't miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down!

Sailport is close to Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Big Cat Rescue, Old Hyde Park, & more!

- 8.5 to Downtown Tampa and University of Tampa;
- 9 miles to Tampa Convention Center;
- 10 miles to Big Cat Rescue
- 15 miles to Busch Gardens;
- 15 miles to Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Marine Aquarium;
- 20 miles to Downtown St.Petersburg with a vast array of museums and galleries including The Salvador Dali and the Chihuly Collection
- 80 miles to Orlando’s Theme Parks.
Getting Around:

we love this place!been staying here for a few years now always meet great people the pool/bar is great! I did miss my sundeck this year as it got destroyed in the last hurricane I look forward to coming down every time

The stay was exactly what we needed. The place was clean and comfortable with amazing views. Accessing the property was an easy and smooth process.

Property is adequate. Fresh paint and decor was nice. Cleanliness of floors was poor and a stained couch was noted. There was limited seating and kitchen supplies for two. Difficult to walk around the area due to lack of sidewalks. Security and parking facilities were good.
