Fully renovated 2 bedrooms with 2 King beds 2bath unit, has all the stainless steel appliances everything you could possibly need for your vacation time. The home is located 7min from buccaneers stadium, 5 mins from St. Joseph hospital, 10 mins to international mall, 10 mins to Soho. Home is in the heart of Tampa Bay!

THE SPACE:
The unit has a full size fridge, 4 burner cooktop and microwave, kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space, dining chairs for four people, TV in master bedroom only with full bathroom with shower, each bedroom has a King size bed.

GUEST ACCESS:
The guest can access the entire house entrance to the house is through the blue door, Porch area is private but the laundry area is shared with other guests.

Multi-Unit Property:
The Unit is one of 4 units with only ONE designated parking space where only one car fits, The parking space number is on the driveway floor #1.

The Unit is private and the Enclosed porch, you will only be sharing the laundry room with other guests.

The property has surveillance cameras outside of the property and are visible, this is a security measure for the guest and the host.

There are 2 Ring camera’s recording the front of the property 24/7, Ring camera outside unit 2 recording 24/7 and a Ring Floodlight camera recording the backyard 24/7 also Ring Floodlight camera recording outside unit 4 recording 24/7.

HOUSE RULES:
1. MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED TO RENT 25yrs+
2. ID VERIFICATION: NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ALLOWED, ONCE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SEND A VALID ID.
3. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
4. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING.
5. If our Sheets and towels are stained to the point where our cleaners can't remove the stains you will be charged for them. We understand that accidents happen but our sheets and towels are expensive.
6. Once your reservation has been confirmed we can't reduce the number of nights. We can only add nights if the nights are available.
7. On long term stays guest must agree to a cleaning once every two weeks by our cleaning team at a discounted price. Thank you for your understanding as this is the only way we can ensure the unit stays fresh throughout your stay. We would have to add it to the reservation.
8. Be considerate of other neighbors, no loud music inside the units.
9. If you checkout late you will be charged extra $50 per half hour as we do have a cleaning company that gets each unit clean.
10. Please don’t throw wipes in the toilet, the easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in trash bin we've provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure your stay is problem free.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
12. Don't leave personal items outside of your unit, remember you are sharing outdoor spaces with other guests, we are not responsible for broken or stolen items.
13. Please respect outdoor noise after 10pm sun-thurs and after 11:30pm on weekends.
14. Please double check the house for any personal belongings as i will not send them via mail.
15. No smoking allowed inside the unit, includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.
16. Please don't send anything to the unit. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.
17. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night and i reserve the right to terminate your stay.
18. We are in Florida, although we have professional pest control service you may still encounter some wondering insects during your stay especially if you leave the door open, if it's raining or recently rained... it cannot be used to credit your account or refund any money. Please note any extreme bug reporting we must do a visual in person inspection.
19. Compliance: Failure to follow any of these House Rules is a breach of terms and conditions of your reservation. If anything in our house rules is unclear, please contact me. Please note that we reserve the right to evict any guest who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
