The space is adorable and well appointed. It was freezing cold out, the place has no insulation and there was no heat source. A space heater would have made a world of difference. There was also a lot of noise from construction going on above and adjacent to me and I was quite surprised when the water had been turned off for several hours in the middle of the day. The construction guys explained that I should have been notified but I was not.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although small square footage - it had everything that we needed for our long weekend. The layout was perfect and every inch of it was laid out beautifully. The location was perfect to travel up to Provincetown and down to Cape Cod Winery. Thank you for such a great stay!

Charming studio unit with everything you need in a great location. Small space efficiently furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. Front porch with a bay view great for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Location close to Provincetown, beaches and many local attractions.
