Welcome to The Kelly, part of the County Curated collection.Visit County Curated to view all the beautiful properties that we manage in Prince Edward County.This home can accommodate 8 adults (age 11+) and 4 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license.The Kelly is a great place to relax and unwind, only minutes from beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park. This classic farmhouse is the perfect place for larger friends groups or family, with 4 gorgeous bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and an open concept main floor living and dining area. Enjoy the dedicated spaces within the house or relax with a game of pool, a good book, and/or a glass of local wine. Outside you'll find a tranquil backyard setting, equipped with a year-round hot tub, outdoor dining area, BBQ and a fire pit.The Kelly can accommodate 8 adults (age 12+) and 4 children (age 2-12) as per the property's short term accommodation license.STA License # ST-2021-0284
A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.
Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

We loved it! The beds were very comfortable. The space was bright, clean and airy. Loved the outdoor space as well. The hottub was a nice option.

Excellent kitchen suppliesMissing adequate hooks in ground floor bathroom Needs a door for upstairs bathroom in largest bedroomand no screen or blind for skylight so gets very warmNo dresser in ground floor bedroom…have to live in your suitcase for a weekFrench doors in dining room would benefit from blindsVery convenient to Sandbanks beaches but reservation policy for beach access could have been spelled out more

The house was gorgeous and the location was excellent. We were two families with 4 kids among us (ages 3-8). The big backyard, quiet street and large cozy bedrooms were terrific and exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend!
