Welcome to Beach Ave! This five bedroom 2 full bath home is located right on one of Rochester’s gems The Secret Sidewalk and the gorgeous Lake Ontario. 5 minute walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors and Ontario Beach Park. Outside, enjoy the private backyard which boast a beautify flower garden as well as a cozy back deck and gas grill, outside eating area as well as seating and a fire pit.

Our family had wonderful Beach vacation, both adult and toddlers. An ideal spot with just a 5-minute walk for the 2-year-old and 5-year-old to enjoy the beach, the splash park and carousel! The housework's reminiscent of our days on lake Erie at my husband's families Beach cottage. Our host was available and accessible to ensure we had everything we needed!

The property is a very short walk to Ontario Beach. We had excellent weather and enjoyed going to Ontario beach for Harbor Fest, and visiting our favorite frozen custard stand, Abbotts! A charming home that made our stay convenient to family and Lake Ontario.

Plenty of room for everyone. Parking and location are great. The friendly owner was prompt to respond and the kitchen welcomed us with warm cookies and fresh flowers. The house itself has quite a few quirks and the management team seem to be figuring out their system. With continued maintenence, it will be a five star gem. Not unpleasant, just not quite ready.
