Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!

We had 8 family members coming to Rochester to see another family member in a play at Geva Theater. The house was perfect for a large group. Clean and comfortable. Clean kitchen, fully equipped. Close to downtown.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Staying at this house was really good for my family. We were in town for a funeral and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was also peaceful and relaxing. We would stay again.

House had plenty of bedrooms and space to hangout and spend time together. Easy to get around Rochester area from the location. Only one shower so plan around that with your group!
