Was everything it was advertised to be. We used ride share when we needed to, took in a Padres game, walked to OB for most meals, bought the essentials from local stores. But the real star is this place. If you need a break from hectic world, book a few days here and just soak it up. Watch the tides roll in and out. You won't be disappointed. Amazing. Thanks!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Ocean Beach property. The pictures don't do justice at how perfect the view is and how close to the water you are. We had everything we needed in the condo from comfy beds, plenty of towels, and all of the necessary cooking supplies. We're already thinking about reaching out to rent it again for the next time we head out to the West Coast!

This was a highlight of our three-week USA trip from Australia. The property was stunning. The views were incredible and the property itself clean and of high quality. We cooked all dinners at home because it was so nice to be there. We wish we had longer and will be back one day! Thank you!

One of the cooler places we've stayed over the years, with the panoramic cliffside ocean views being the star of the show. The unit was as described and well appointed, with an excellent host. The highlight was watching the huge splashes during high tide in the mornings as the waves smashed into the cliffs directly below. Being near shops and many good restaurants in Ocean Beach (about a 15ish minute walk) was very convenient and it was fairly easy to drive to the other main attractions in San Diego. The parking spot in the garage was super convenient, though anything longer than the compact crossover SUV we rented may have been a bit too long and required street parking. Great base for exploring San Diego, but the unit was nice enough to be content at the unit watching the waves on the patio.

Location is phenomenal. 15-20 minutes from anywhere you want to go in the San Diego area. However - we loved OB so much we spent a lot of time walking from the house and left the rental car behind. House is bigger than in looks in pictures. Perfect for our family of four. Bed were very comfortable and house has all the amenities needed. TVs and ceiling fans in all rooms. Patio is the perfect spot to hand and enjoy tge sounds and sights of the ocean. Host is easily accessible and very communicable. Look forward to another stay here. We VRBO a lot ans this one is definitely at the top of the list!

This location was a perfect place to stay during our San Diego visit. A short drive to pretty much anywhere you need to go. A short walk to many cool places, including the water. Clean and had everything you needed. But really the views are the best part. We enjoyed the sunset every day, watching dogs play on the nearby beach area below, watching surfers and hearing the water crash along the rocks. A great stay.

Wonderful property that is well maintained, clean, spacious, well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils and comfy beds. The living room and large patio have unobstructed views of the ocean. Communication with the property owner was prompt and professional. We enjoyed the sounds of the ocean all day and night. This is an absolutely wonderful property. We have been staying here for years and it is always perfect. Everything we need is supplied in the house, and the views from the patio are magnificent. We love watching the whales, dolphins, pelicans, ships and boats from the comfort of thepatio chairs. Working with Rick and Julie is always a pleasure, and we look forward to our next visit.

Everything was as pictured or better. Excellent location to watch the sunset from the terrace! The little beach to the south was quiet and a 60 second walk. Kids loved to jump off the rocks and swim there. Rental had everything you would need. Rick was quick to communicate! 10/10 would recommend.

We came to San Diego to run the RocknRoll half marathon and this house was perfect for the post run recovery. Everything we needed was close by; groceries, restaurants, beach, and town. Our hosts were so accommodating, allowing us to arrive a little early and stay late. The house had everything we needed-blankets and chairs for sitting outside to watch the sunset as well as all the kitchen supplies we needed. They even left us some snacks! We loved it and will probably be back.

Had a lovely 2 week stay, one of those places where you plan on doing and going to visit places around but end up staying there most of the time and every time we went somewhere we came back early. This place is truly unique in its setting of spectacular oceanfront views. We gathered our family of 5 for Thanksgiving, and the kitchen is very well-organized with updated appliances and all that we needed for cooking. The beds and linens are soft and comfortable and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was a bonus! Our son is a USD student and the location was only 15 minutes away, and it was convenient to so many things to do in San Diego - the Zoo, Coronado Island, Seaport Village, to name a few. The garage is a tight fit for a small car - our rental worked but would not recommend an SUV or larger car. We loved our stay here and we would definitely stay here again!!

How many San Diego VRBO rentals are so good one doesn’t want to venture out sightseeing? With all San Diego has to offer that was what we faced during our recent three night stay. The condo is very well appointed with everything needed for a home away from home. The interior furnishings are high quality new or newer and very comfortable. The shower…high flow and pressure! The outdoor patio is also well appointed with new or newer furniture. The garage is tight but we were able to fit a Chrysler Pacifica minivan. The onstreet parking was pretty easy to find within a block or so. The long term residents in the complex we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood feels safe and also has friendly residents. Easy walking distance to “downtown” OB and shopping. The ocean is so close it feels like you are in it and the sound of the waves is loud but the well insulated doors and windows drown it out (if needed) when closed. I looking at my calendar now to plan my next stay! Thank you to the wonderful hosts!!!

This was one of the most amazing beach stays my family and I have ever enjoyed. The constant crashing of waves on the sea wall outside was an incredibly relaxing sound. It was also an easy 15 minute walk to the main street in Ocean Beach. We would definitely stay again!

You'll feel glad you don't have to fight the traffic to Sunset Cliffs because you have your own sunset view from your own patio. We have wonderful memories of this place, and you will too. This house is amazing! It was stocked with everything we needed food excluded. Perfect directions on getting there and how to access property. The views and sounds from the patio are so relaxing making you feel like taking a nap! I would recommend this rental you won't regret it.

The view surpasses the photos. My family and I had the most incredible vacation here. In fact, we stayed at the condo for the majority of the time. The balcony was to die for. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals at home. We appreciated the towels, comfortable bedding, cleanliness, and snacks upon arrival. The neighbors were friendly and the parking spot was clutch. The spot was a little tight for our SUV but we managed! Overall, this home is a 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality!

We loved the house, very modern and description was right on. The breath taking view is something you need to see for yourself. The garage was clutch especially with limited San Diego parking. Only thing is it’s not a very big spot and our Durango took up the whole spot and had to duck under the cabinet by the door. Just a heads up, don’t drive a big truck or full-size suv because it won’t fit. Other than that perfect place and Rick was a very nice host!
