We all arrived at different times dues to flights leaving different cities in the UK. The Check in process was still superbly easy. The hosts were incredibly helpful. The villa is idyllic and right on the lake with a big pool. The rooms offer lots of privacy from one another and the communal areas are very big so perfect for large groups. The property would require car access but has plenty of parking by the front door. Bonus was the huge waterfall we found less than a 40 minute hike from the property! We loved our stay here celebrating our graduation as did evidently everyone before us who had loving written in the guest book!

Beautiful home in a peaceful part of town, it wasn't too hot when we were there but the rooms do not have aircon and I imagine they would get very very hot

We arrived at Posada del Lago and were blown away with our surroundings. So idyllic and incredibly quiet. It was like a movie set. The property ticked all the boxes with a huge veranda which had a large dining table and excellent outside cooking facilities. There was a great bar area inside the property with a very handy window for serving drinks onto the veranda. The pool is beautiful and a very good size with plenty of seating and loungers around it. And for those “wild swimmers” out there, there is a beautiful natural lake to cool down in. Viktor and Maria were quite possibly the best hosts we have ever known. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay, always very helpful and super attentive. They live on site and are always available for any questions you may have. The beds are very comfortable and every bedroom had its own en-suite. It was very hot during our stay due to the time of year - late August (we were here for a friend’s wedding) and fortunately for us Viktor was able to supply a fan for each bedroom as there is no AC at the property. These were lifesavers. We did hire a car from the airport which was very good value compared to other countries. Hiring a car is essential as the villa is quite remote and the nearest food store is in Coin which is 15 minutes drive away. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa.
