Cozy waterfront cottage on Canal Lake. Canoe and kayaks included. Fire pit available for roasting marshmallows. 50” TV with HD bell satellite cable. Games room with Ping Pong Table and Dartboard. Lots of flat outdoor space for games like badminton and bocce ball. Spacious deck with BBQ, stools and eating area.

Brett was an excellent host. Communication was fast when you have questions/inquiries. Cozy environment and quiet neighborhood. It was a lovely weekend getaway for our family.

We stayed at the cottage over a long weekend, we needed to be with in driving distance to Barrie. Brett was awesome he was always very prompt with replies and met us at the cottage on check in showed us around provided, a lot of extras, coffee, condiments, towels, sheets, high speed internet, great game room and fire pit kayak and canoe ! We loved our stay.
