- Huge 105' x 235' private lot, surrounded by mature trees and 12' Hedges
- 3 bedrooms (King, Queen & Twin beds + Pullout) sleeps 8
- Great room and dining room with seating for everyone
- Fully stocked kitchen, including microwave & dishwasher
- Linens included
- Private dock for your boat
- Private swimming area in warm, clear bottom water. Lake Simcoe is wonderful for swimming. The waterfront is zero entry and gets gradually deeper - only waist deep at the end of the dock. The water is clear, without weeds with a sandy/stony bottom. We all wear swim shoes for the stones.

Great time ice fishing with friends . Place was very accommodating for 6 men. Host was able to take care of our needs pre trip and during our stay.
