Sijainti oli optimaalinen minun tarpeisiini. Asunto oli hiljainen ja ympäristö rauhallinen.
Huoneisto varustelu oli koristeellinen mutta huonosti toimiva. Kaipasin kunnon ruokapöytää ja siihen sopivia tuoleja. Suomalaisessa kylpyhuoneessa normaalina oleva bideesuihku puuttui. Kahvinkeittimestä puuttui nykymääräysten mukainen automaattinen virrankatkaisu.

Erinomainen sijainti Heinolan keskustassa. Kaikki lähellä. Asunnossa on kivoja yksityiskohtia ja hyvä varustus. Hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen.
Tämä asunto sopii kompaktin kokonsa vuoksi parhaiten lyhyeen vierailuun. Jäin kaipaamaan pakastinlokeroa.
