It was within walking distance to old town. Excellent restaurant Kogu Resto was close as were wine bars. Easy lift and stair access to up market apartment. Better than expected.

Our stay in this apartment in Tallinn’s Kalaranna district exceeded all our expectations. The place is not only beautifully and modernly designed, but above all, incredibly comfortable and well thought out. It is obvious that the hosts put immense care into every single detail. Highlights that stood out the most: Exceptionally equipped kitchen: We have rarely seen an apartment so thoroughly stocked. From top-tier home appliances and electronics to every possible kitchen utensil and dishware—nothing was missing. The large dining table creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that invites everyone to sit down for a shared breakfast. 5-star hotel sleep quality: Two separate bedrooms featuring exceptionally comfortable mattresses and high-quality, soft bedding made us feel like we were staying at a luxury five-star hotel. Comfortable bathroom: A wonderful touch was the heated floor—stepping onto warm tiles right after getting out of the shower is an absolute treat. Dedicated utility nook: A very practical feature—washer, dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are all organized in a separate utility area, keeping the main living space completely clutter-free. Bright living room & two balconies: The living room is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows. Blinds make it easy to adjust daylight or enjoy total privacy. Plus, having two private balconies with seating makes for the perfect morning coffee spot. Thoughtful extras: A chair in the entryway so you can comfortably sit down to put on your shoes. A premium Bose Bluetooth speaker to connect your phone and enjoy your favorite music. Board games and plush toys tucked in the wardrobe—a delightful surprise for families with kids. Summary: Without a doubt, one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The modern, seaside vibe of Kalaranna combined with such an immaculate, thoughtfully designed apartment made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Tallinn!

The street noise was quite loud at times.

Beautiful apartment, really well equipped and within easy reach of The Old Town and transport links. Comfortable beds, lovely decor and tasteful modern furnishings ❤️

We loved everything! Only small niggle was the TV which we couldn’t get to play channels, just Netflix etc.
