Nice Hostel

It was very clean. Easy check in. Free parking. Directly across from a bakery.

Shared bathroom and shower. We had to go upstairs to the single toilet, then wait for the shower room to be free to wash our hands. Also, room 19 is loud. It is right next to the entrance. I could hear people coming and going all night.. Our daughter was across from us in room 20, and had no issues. When going into the common area, it is usually very smokey, as this is where guests sit to smoke. It is semi- open air, so it is used for this purpose quite often.

Probably the only thing that I didn't appreciate is the fact that there's no place to leave the luggage after the checkout or before the check-in and the terrace that has not much light but these are really only small details.

5 comfortable nights

I have stayed for 5 nights, and I wanted something basic to drop onto a bed when I came back (I was helping my son to do a move-back to Spain). The bedroom itself is not bad, good lighting, automatic blinds and all that, but the shape is kind of unconfortable, since the bed is under the flight of stairs that communicates with the upper floor. My only "but" -maybe there were none of those left- is the fact that the toilet and bathroom are, not only outside the room, but in a different floor. I am used to waking up and going straight to the toilet, and this has been a real challenge for me. Also, the light of the stairs should be automatic, or with a presence sensor, because there is not even a safety light there. And some more ventilation in the toilet, because it's extremely small and unless the previous user has been kind enough to open a little the ceiling window... As for the bed, the duvet is warm and comfortable, and the size of the pillow is something I've never seen outside Germany, but anyway, I was so utterly tired when I reached the place, that I could not find anything wrong. Interesting "bedside lamps", by the way. The location... it's not too far from the city center -Walramplatz-, but it takes a walk of almost 1km. Pity there's not a bus stop nearer, although the bus station and railway are within a 10 minute walk too

Sharing premises is something that... especially, when we talk about toilets and bathrooms...

posizione buona, pulizia buona

il cuscino era molto scomodo, questi cuscni enormi e troppo morbidi, piu' estetici che comodi. ma sopratutto mancava un pulsante per accendere la luce in prossimita' del bagno (esterno), quindi se uscivo dal bagno e volevo tornare in camera attraverso una scala un po' tortuosa e buia, dovevo lasciare accesa la luce nel bagno che mi illuminasse la scala, accendere la luce delle scale dal piano terra e poi tornar e in bagno a spegnere la luce. direi che si puo' miglirare.
