Superb
Really good twin room with bathroom available outside the room, shared with one more room. Kitchen was well equipped and had stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven. Staff contacted us promptly when we were running late to check in and organised our entry to the room, when we didn’t have service to contact. Overall great space for a couple of nights as we visited for a festival. Close to couple of bus stops and train station too.
Didn’t have access to the outside back garden area unfortunately

The owner she is nice
I had very very tiny room just a bed inside, I think room was less than 6 m, many rooms in this floor. At 2:30 midnight somebody started to wash and it was impossible to sleep.

It's OK for a short stay
Parking space. It was pretty clean for the price we paid. They had a coffee machine(note: you should have your own coffee) Flexible check-out times.
It was really cold, although the heaters were on maximum for 2 days in a row. Bad pillows. No sound proofread rooms, we could hear really loud the people walking up and down the stairs.

There was no shower downstairs. And the picking up and dropping off of keys was not very clear beforehand.
