Nice, modern hotel located close to the centre of town. The only let down was the drilling which started at apporx 8am and the below average breakfast. Also, the key fob to enter the hotel after reception had closed wasn't working due to the system still being installed. Otherwise, everything was great

I decided to stay at this hotel as its around a half hours drive from Phanasialand. Which on the German roads is no problem and yet was a third cheaper than hotels closer to the theme park, plus it included Breakfast. The hotel is located about 5 minutes drive from the motorway and there is a MacDonalds nearby. The hotel check in was easy and they were very pleasant. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The rooms very much the same. The beds are a litle firm but not overally firm. The mini bar was free which was an added bonus. When you first check out the breakfast, you do think, is that it, but actually there is more than enough. The best thing was the quality of the food. The scrambled eggs were good and NOT the sloppy rubbish that I am all to use to when staying at some hotels. Served with warm rolls and bacon, they were lovely. There is obvioulsy more choice than that, its a continental style buffet. The hotel does have a bistro, the only reason we did not try it was because we were not getting back until around 9pm, which was a shame as I would liked to have tried it. On checking out we went to the underground car park to get my car and it had broken down. The lady behind the reception was fantastic and let us back into our room while we waited for the breakdown people. A big thank you to her. I stayed at the De Ville for two nights and I would definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night en route back to UK, but would strongly recommend this hotel for a stopover. Friendly and welcoming staff, and an adjoining bistro with some tasty food and drink. A particular bonus was the large underground car-park (for an extra €10 per night) - particularly as the weather was very wet and windy during our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel was convenient, secure parking and the staff was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint is an uncomfortable bed, flat as air pillow and a comforter that barely covered our bodies (neither my husband nor I are overweight)

The hotel was close to my destination. The staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good. The outside appearance is not similar to online picture. Needs to be very care when using shower, small tub, and easy to burn oneself if your body touches the water heater. Carpet in the hallway is with lots of stains. Not as clean as other best western, especially the ones in US. Overall not bad. Will probably try some other hotels out when next I visit!

We stayed here twice recently first stay we didnt make sure we had a bath, which we had requested on our booking., so made sure we had one for our return and were given a much better room.Staff very pleasant could do with updating with air conditioning, plenty to choose from for breakfast.Went to the hotel restaurant for our evening meal but no one appeared so found a lovely restaurant across the road.

We arrived after a 8 hour drive to find our room had not been made up, 2 of our rooms were for families with young children, both of which were directly opposite an entrance to a club. The singing, shouting and violence lasted until 530am-not a restful stay and not what I'd expect of a Best Western hotel. Will not be staying again.
