The location is perfect! The apartment is spacious and we liked the bathroom with the 2 entrances. The balcony is huge and the view is really nice, you can even see the bay. We didn’t use any amenities or parking but those are good additions too if someone interested. When we had a request the rental management was quickly responded and acted, so no complain there.

The apartment could use some renovations/fixings and a deep cleaning, but still a nice place to stay. The couch in the living room is not the most comfortable to sleep on, but I made it work. The provided air mattress is leaking air.

Good location, helpful staff and room was quiet.

We paid in full via Booking.com and was clearly told that everything was paid and no other fees were needed. However upon arrival we were required to pay $52.00 fee to obtain entry. It took us at least seven calls (all unanswered) and various text messages to sort and we were in reception for over two hours before we could get in after a thirteen hour travel time. Zero personal interaction with the host who were more concerned with $52 than anything else. Had to send them evidence of payment before we were allowed in. The place particularly the bathroom was old and the bath was dirty. I messaged the host on this subject and they didn't reply. They then ask 'how was your check' in and could we please leave a maximum review for them and they would do the same for us!) This place lets themselves and booking.com down. They also said we hope you enjoyed your stay one day into the trip even though we were staying for six nights. Zero information left in the room on how to work TV's, AC location attractions etc.
