Friendly front desk person. Excellent location to shopping, dining, skiing, and summer activities. They provided free access to the beach. Hotel and condo are super clean and beautiful. Pool is good size and have 2 jacuzzies and workout room is nice. Love the water refill station in the lobby.
The condo needed a couple of very minor things. The shower head in the guest bedroom sprays everywhere and needs to be replaced otherwise we loved the condo and deck.

From what I can tell, it is one of the nicer properties in the area. The space was very comfortable, and well designed. Zalanta overall makes the stay easy. Quick, friendly check in, convenient ski valet, short walk to the gondola and ample parking. Enjoyed the gym and hot tubs as well.

The location is amazing in the right centre of the Southlake Tahoe close to mountain top gondola. Kids absolutely loved the apartment and the pool. We enjoyed playing card games in front of the fireplace.
