The hotel is located in an area where you can walk to downtown Lake Tahoe, the casinos, and restaurants — it has a very good location.

the hotel rooms need a lot of work. For what I paid to stay 3 days and 2 nights, I expected the room to be better maintained. If you're looking for a good location, this place is fine — as long as you don’t mind the condition of your room.

The location. Within walking distance of the Heavenly shops. The manager? Seemed pretty nice and brought us a new fridge when we told him the one in the room was broken.

Carpet had lots of stains The bed and pillows had hairs on it from previous dogs or people Pretty loud outside The lockbox next to our room with a spare key inside for house keeping was unlocked all night even after we asked for it to be fixed, meaning anyone could have entered our room.

This location was perfect for our weekend trip. We attended a concert with Creed 2 blocks from our hotel. Thank you for your service that you provided for us.

Great price for the location

Basic coffee machine in room was adequate. Check in procedure is remote via text message and key code. Shower was excellent and the room was clean, beds very comfortable.

AC units were a little janky, but worked. There were some screws/other hardware on the floor, but room looked to have been recently remodeled. WiFi was a little slow, but worked.

Never stay here again due to the cost and how old it is. It's definitely a Motel not a Hotel.

The room is so outdated it's gross. You can't take you socks off and walk on the dirty stained carpet. There was mold on the ceilings. The room was the most expensive room I've ever stayed in and yet it was the most outdated and dirty.

Don’t stay here - spend more money or sleep in your car

Very dirty and run down. Air conditioner was obviously broken so they brought in a portable one. It did not work. The room was suffocatingly hot and would not cool down. The room was so dirty and the shower that we were nervous to have bags on the floor or shower.

See above. Neighboring room was also blaring music at 6 am with their window wide open and management didn’t do anything about it.

The place wasn't how it looks in pictures , place wasn't clean , when we booked in said it had a microwave when it didn't. Shower was horrible, Beds too. I wouldn't recommend the place ...

It was a 5 minutes walk to downtown, bed was comfortable, and easy check in.

The heater took about 1 hr to warm up the room but once it started working, the room got pretty warm 😁 The carpet had some stains but room smelled good.

when they remodeled the rooms it appears that they used some low quality furnishings, there is no moving air at all in the room, and parking was limited (because of the snow).

Pleasant

The hotel was in a very nice location and the bed was outstanding that was the best part of the room was the bed.

We did not take showers there at the shower was really not clean to our standards. Also it will definitely was not worth what I paid for it I was expecting a nice fancy room with the refrigerator microwave nice clean blankets instead of dingy white blankets and pillow cases and a nice clean shower instead of a dirty bottom shower.
