2BR appartement if location and space are priority

Spacious. Easy location to explore Metz on foot. Some thought was put in the flat and cute decoration to make it look good.

Cleaning is done very superficially. Socks got black after walking barefoot. Some areas haven't been cleaned for a while. Dishwasher in a lementable state. The communication and instructions are overwhelming. One needs to go on a third-party platform for all details. Instead of simple instructions, there are many videos, making you expect the worst. Parking doesn't feel secure as by leaving the car in front of a parking door as requested, the car blocks the passageway to other cars. Very noisy building.

Great location, lovely airy bedrooms and living room with nice decor and excellent directions from the host.

All rooms were lovely and clean except the kitchen where the sink and draining board were a bit dirty.

The apartment was in a great and walkable location with easy access to everything in downtown Metz. Nicely cleaned and perfect for our short stay in the city.

I wish I would have known the access to parking was so tight. You must drive through the building to access the parking in the rear. We drove a small SUV and it was very close to not fitting at all.

We had a great stay at the property and would recommend.

Location was excellent and in/very close to the centre, near restaurants and the river. Perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable and amazing instructions on how to access everything. This made things very smooth.

The front door lock was tricky, but we got the hang of it quite quickly.

Absolutely amazing stay

-the property was centrally located near a bus station and a grocery store -it was well equipped with all the basics you need -I really loved the decoration and love the owners put into the place -it was super easy to find with clear directions/instructions -it’s definitely great value for money

-for people planning to cook in the apartment, some of the kitchenware could be replaced, but in the end we were able to cook there most nights quite happily

L’emplacement était super, le salon et le balcon étaient vraiment un plus !

On a rencontré des soucis de canalisation mais nous sommes convaincues que ce n’est pas du tout un manque de professionnalisme de la part des propriétaires, juste un dégât lié au temps d’utilisation et une circonstance de « pas de bol » pour nous !

A refaire sans hésitation

Logement très bien situé, au calme, accueillant, propre. Tout Metz centre à pied, commerce, lieux incontournables, université* notre objectif de la semaine. Des hôtes réactifs, attentionnés. Une très belle adresse. Je ne devrais pas vous en dire trop de bien car je voudrai retrouver le logement pour mes prochains voyages:)

Parking à prévoir en plus si véhicule un peu imposant et conducteur un peu impressionnable ! La solution a été très simple: parking République à 350 m du logement, des places réservées aux femmes très bien éclairées et proches du poste de contrôle et de la sortie piétons, prix tout à fait correct pour un forfait semaine.

Absolut tolle Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig. Inmitten der Altstadt und ganz nah der Mosel, besser geht es kaum. Die Einrichtung ist gut, alles vorhanden.

Das Problem der Wohnung ist das Schloss an der Wohnungstür. Es ist schwer zu öffnen, es ist wackelig und manchmal glaubt man es nicht zu schaffen. War in unseren Augen stressig.

Tolle Lage in Metz mit Balkon und Parkplatz, leider viele kleine Ärgernisse.

Die Lage ist top, für den Lärm vom öffentlichen Müllcontainer vor der Tür und der Baustelle gegenüber kann der Vermieter nichts. Balkon und Parkplatz am Haus sind auch sehr praktisch. Leider viele kleine Ärgernisse, die verhindern, dass es eine Top Wohnung ist.

Die Wohnung ist leider in Teil schmuddelig. Sehr komplizierte Anweisung für Anreise. Klingelschild war ab. Nur ein Schlüssel und komplizierte Schließanlage. Nur ein Geschirrtuch für die ganze Zeit und ein Handtuch, leere Batterien in der Fernbedienung, Seife alle, keine Küchenrolle… Ich brauche auch keine Spülmaschine, wenn ich nur zwei Tassen und zwei Gläser habe. Mit ein bisschen Einsatz hätte die Wohnung alle Chancen durch ihre gute Lage mit Balkon und Parkplatz eine Top Bewertung zu bekommen

Le calme et la situation. La propreté, la déco . L'accueil des voisins, nous voyant à la porte en attente d'un contact téléphonique avec l'agence Rock in Share en charge de la gestion de l'appartement.

1°)Absence de nom sur la sonnette de l'immeuble (1er contact téléphonique avec l'agence Rock in Share) 2°)Pas de code pour la boîte à clef de l'appartement. Celui-ci devait être récupéré sur un site internet auquel nous n'avions pas accès. IL SERAIT PLUS SIMPLE D'ENVOYER LE CODE PAR SMS. Nous avons dû contacter l'agence par téléphone!! 3°) A l'intérieur le QR Code donnant les infos utiles et le code WiFi ne fonctionnait pas !! Une version PAPIER serait préférable !! 4°)Poubelle du recyclable et lave-vaisselle non vidés! 5°) Vaisselle un peu rare (saladier ? pot à eau?) 3 verres à pied seulement dont un ébréché; Poêle très abimée, à remplacer, ajouter une petite poêle et une grande casserole pour cuire des pâtes par ex; Pas de pot à café ni porte filtre (nous n'utilisons pas les machines à capsules) 6°) Lunette des WC détériorée

L'emplacement de l'appartement dans le METZ Centre Historique est particulièrement bien placé L'agencement de l'appartement est très bien, 2 chambres bien distinctes Le chauffage et l'eau chaude étaient au RDV ainsi que la WIFI gratuite

2 points très importants qui ont gâchés notre séjour : En premier : l'appartement subissait un dégât des eaux au niveau du WC depuis plusieurs jours (très grosses tâches sur les murs, et surtout les pieds dans l'eau durant toute la durée du séjour dans les WC) A notre arrivée, nous avons immédiatement averti Rock in Share qui gère l'appartement pour le compte du propriétaire. Aucune action réelle et concrête n'a été entreprise pour rémédier au problème Deuxième point : une place de parking fait partie de la location. Mais il s'avère que le propriétaire de l'appartement est en conflit de voisinage car cette "soit disante place privative" empiète sur la circulation du parking de l'immeuble. nous avons donc essuyé le mécontentement des voisins qui nous ont menacé de faire emporter par la fourrière notre véhicule. Bref ces voisins ont parfaitement raison, notre véhicule C4 empêchait toute circulation dans le parking de l'immeuble En bref, je suis client de BOOKING depuis plus de 10 ans, je n'ai jamais mis un commentaire négatif sur aucune location. Mais dans ce cas de cette location je peux affirmer que le contenu de l'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité. La place de parking n'en est pas une de réelle. Et ensuite on ne loue pas un appartement en cours de dégât des eaux ! c'est bien dommage car l'appartement est bien placé et dans les tarifs. Il serait honnête que l'on obtienne une compensation pour ce séjour qui ne correspondait pas à l'annonce de Booking

Emplacement idéal et appartement agréable

L'emplacement est exceptionnel : une impasse calme en plein centre-ville. Appartement spacieux, bien fourni et lumineux. Facilité à joindre Rock in Share qui gère l'appartement.

Une voiture un peu large ne peut pas entrer dans le parking intérieur (vraiment limite avec ma 308).

Très bon positionnement de l' appartement par rapport à la cathédrale, rue calme (impasse) bien que localisée en hypercentre. Literie de bonne qualité, propreté des lieux. salle de bain avec douche très propre.

bridage du chauffage (pas de possibilité d avoir bien chaud dans le salon et dans la SDB), ustensiles de cuisine peu nombreux, largeur du couloir d accès au stationnement pas large,l'emplacement devant la porte de garage uniquement pour une petite voiture, entendions la TV du voisin car cloisons pas épaisses, prix de location élevé par rapport au bien proposé.

so etwas darf nicht passieren, kein Zugang zur Wohnung bei Anreise

Nette Einrichtung und gute Aufteilung der Wohnung. Tolle Nähe zur Altstadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Am Abend unserer Anreise war es trotz aller Videos, Anleitungen und Tipps nicht möglich in die Wohnung zu gelangen, der Schlüsselkasten war schlichtweg leer. Wir standen also abends um 21:30 Uhr mit 2 Kindern vor verschlossener Tür, niemand zu erreichen, auch nicht per Mail und haben letztlich ein Familienzimmer im Hotel gebucht. Die Lösung am nächsten Tag um 11 Uhr, der Vormieter habe den Schlüssel nicht zurückgelegt und das prompt geschickte Video durch die Verwaltungsfirma, wo sich dieser nun befinde machen schon etwas stutzig.. So einen Stress und zusätzliche Kosten braucht man im Kurzurlaub wirklich nicht.

De locatie is prima. Het appartement is schoon.

Vanaf 15 januari is er gedurende 10 weken zwaar onderhoudswerk aan de straat. Wij werden om 07.30 wakker gemaakt en vanaf die tijd stond er de hele dag een zware generator vlak onder het raam te loeien, waardoor het onmogelijk was om binnen te zitten. We hadden op zijn minst een waarschuwing of wat korting verwacht.

Het binnenkomen, met de automatische intercom, die niet bleek te werken. In het weekend veel geluids overlast van uitgaans publiek. En op zaterdag en zondag vuilniswagens en lege flessen wagen om 7 uur smorgens
