No way to control the temp, missing parts and clogged in the bathroom. Loud sounds of a construction on site.

Cleaning lady did a good job

The floor was cold. There is still some construction going on and the sound of someone hammering the walls or something was annoying Bathtub eas clogged I had to pull the hairs myself Sink was clogged Toilet seat wasnt screwed into place it was tricky to use. There was no cover for the toilet. There was no shower curtain or a glass to prevent splashes from sinking the whole bathroom.

Nice apartment but need some work on hospitality

The apartment is nice. Modern, pleasant interior. Very clean. Air con was a life saver. Very fast WiFi.

As someone who works on a laptop while travelling, this apartment was not fit for purpose. The tall chairs at the table are incredibly uncomfortable for sits of longer than 5 minutes, which made 7 hour work days an absolute nightmare. I tried to reach out to the owner via Booking.com messages and never heard back on the issue. Never had any communication throughout the stay besides automated messages. Also, very stingy approach to amenities. Upon arriving for my six day stay, I was greeted to 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 toilet roll, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, and no cooking oil. I can forgive lack of laundry detergent and cooking oil, despite these normally being provided in apartments like this... but the lack of dish soap was very disappointing. And being provided 1 toilet paper and 2 dishwasher tablets was incredibly stingy and wasteful, given that guests will end up needing to buy full products of which they may only use 10% during their short stay here.

Spacious, Good Location, Underprepared

The apartment was very unprepared for things like toilet paper, washing detergent, dish soap, no coffee while providing a coffee machine, no salt or any kind of necessities. Some things were falling a part around the kitchen area that I noticed.

I would recommend updating check-in procedure and show step-by-step directions how to find the lockbox. It is hidden behind the door on the first floor, and if I wasn’t shown by other guests, I might’ve spent some more time looking for it.

Comfy studio

Small studio, but fully equipped with everything I needed and more! I appreciated the convenient parking arrangement and self check-in procedure. The host, although I didn’t meet him, was responsive and accommodating. Overall great value, highly recommended! :)

Modern and clean. All necessary household appliances are there. Well equipped kitchen for a short stay. Comfortable bed with 2 duvets. Free parking. Clear instructions on how to get there and self check in.

No regular tv channels. No hairdryer. Could not get AC to run to heat up the room quickly.

Lovelly studio apartment in the heart of the capital :-)

Apartmen well equipped, everything I found what needed for my short stay. Bed soft and comfortable, clean sheets and plenty towels. TV worked well. In the shower, hot water arrived very quickly. Shampoo and soap provided. Overall, my stay was perfect!❤️ I would like to thank the owner for excellent description of how to find and get into the property as it could be a wee bit tricky. Everything has been thought ahead with very clear direction. 😁👌

Very noisy. Could not sleep due to 2 big fans outside the window. The maxima trucks are coming every morning at 7 and create a lor of noise. A one small peace of soap for hands. Was forced to by soap for this stay. Not clean instructions how to find

Not a great area, but convenient location if you have a car or are willing to take public transport. Room is small but well-equipped.

The shower is nice but leaves a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom.

Very good

Nice flat, furniture are new and clean, all is stylish, comfortable bed. Not far from city center, convenient transport stop nearby. Very sharp knives in the kitchen. Owners are very kind and all time I touch glad to help.

Not enough kitchen stuff, like 2 plates, 2 cups few pans and even no plate for salad or something to cut a bread. No microwave oven. Problem that water from shower cab immediately goes through all the floor in the bathroom since there is no hurdle between the shower and all other room.

The furniture is new and apartment is very stylish and clean.

The windows were looking into the backyard and during the whole night there were a plant that was noisy so even my earplugs couldn’t handle it :(

Communication needs to be improved. I can't travel and wait to get an answer from the owner the day of arrival about how to get the key. Last minute information sent in two times, made my trip to Lithuania very stressful. Not fit for everyone. Distance and area not the best. Loud. Street noise. No charm whatsoever in the studio. @booking when I send you an email saying that the owner is not answering, have the decency to respond no matter what your answer. The way you have dealt with my anxiety is unacceptable. You call me a Genius level 3 customer but that doesn't mean much. I am moving away from your platform if I get an alternative choice.

Marvelous!

Flat is finished to a very high standard and was spotless. All the modern conveniences are available. The bathroom is the best I have had in a long time. Perfect shower. The host was there to meet me at the agreed time for the handover of the key and communication could not have been better. My messages were promptly answered.
