The host was very attentive, kind, and responsive! I really liked the location- close to the city center and easy to get around. The price matched what I got, which I appreciated. The apartment had everything I needed, plenty of towels, and felt comfortable, like home. The view from the window was also very nice.
The bathroom is a little bit small and cold, and picky guests might not like the old, worn Soviet-style entrance of the building (but for me it was totally fine).

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. W trakcie pobytu okazało się że nie ma cieplej wody z powodu konserwacji rur w okolicy budynku (podobno to stanie w tym sezonie ale gospodarz mógł nie znac terminu, nie bylo ogłoszenia na klatce). Sam z siebie zaproponował obniżkę ceny. Przyjemny widok z okna
Fatalny stan wejścia do budynku i samego budynku. Czas zatrzymał się w latach 90-siatach. Toaleta tak mała że korzystać z sedesu można bokiem albo przy otwartych drzwiach. Niskie ciśnienie wody nie spłukuje zawartości toalety. Pokój bardo nasłoneczniony, latem musi być piekarnik. Poza sezonem grzewczym chłodny bo pokój skrajny w nieocieplanym budynku.
