The Cider Barn, Luxury for 2 with beautiful views.

Peaceful, beautiful location and amazing property. Lovely touches throughout with bath towels that actually fit the larger woman! A fantastic place to unwind, relax in nature and lose yourself to the birds and butterflies in the stunning garden.

Comfortable, very well designed and equipped little bolt hole for two, with a good view of the surrounding farmland from the sitting area inside and from the various sitting areas outside. Within easy reach of many interesting places but still a quiet retreat in the Herefordshire countryside.

The place was lovely clean and warm feeling. It’s like home from home. The owners were there to greet us and we had a lovely chat. We were made to feel very welcome. Even little things inside were to perfection and nice having milk, bread and eggs this helped us out tremendously. The views was so so beautiful you just looked onto open fields and beautiful kept lawns.

We arrived at 5PM to absolute peace and quiet and found the location very easy indeed thanks to superb directions from the hosts. The place was just what we wanted and yet more. On entry we were greeted by a spotless barn and were spoiled with local Ledbury artisan bread, chilled Prosecco and local cider, fresh real butter, jams and condiments, chocolates, fresh quality local eggs, a fine stock of coffee for the machine and just about every cooking and dining utensil we could possibly need. A washing machine, dishwasher, double over and instant conduction hob too. Absolutely superb. The views from the front are fabulous and stretch for many, many miles down the rolling hills and through the vale. A log burner was well stocked with logs, so easy to use and waiting to go. We settled in and spent the first evening just admiring the views whilst sat at the patio table on the terrace with wine and cheese. In full honesty, I couldn't quite believe how perfect it all was. In the bathroom... Wow, what a shower; choice of standard attachment or ceiling rainfall, so much power in the water pressure, I came out of there feeling as though I had received a full massage. Immaculate, well thought out, well catered and guest respected, tranquil, The hosts, Richard and Di certainly know their craft and appreciate their guests. I will definitely return.
