Loved the setting with the ducks coming for tea! Charming new property , beautifully designed with lots of character kept intact, every home comfort considered , a warm welcome from Amanda and Richard and a thoughtful welcome pack that included all the basics and more (even catered for gluten free).
There was charging for our EV and lots of parking. Great property for all year round use and access to the local area and 2 hour trip taking you into Wales and glorious beaches.

The property is a stunning conversion with every modern amenity ,plus more than you could ever wish for in a self catering establishment. The host met us on arrival and we saw her again when we left, this suited us as we could enjoy our break in privacy and peace. The welcome pack and all the extras (coffee , tea, sugar, dishwasher and washing machine pods +) were exceptional extras and most welcome suprise. The bathroom is pure luxury and the towels super soft. The bed is wonderful and the linen top quality as is everything in this stunning property. The whole property,and your stay , is well planned and luxurious. We can absolutely recommend this venue, you will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10.
