    I think this is a fairly new hotel so the building is new. It’s near all modes of transportation, bus stops and train stations so don’t worry about luggage transportation. Hotel is located at in the “adult” entertainment area of Susukino. The noise level and lights didn’t bother us at all because we had a complete 100% black out curtain.
