The room wasn't as clean or well maintained as I would have liked as there were sizeable spill stains on the carpet, dust in some areas and worned out top of the side table.
The hotel is also a bit of a walking distance from the heart of Susukino and the subway, but you get used to it.
Positives though were the quietness of the room and the affordable laundry. Having said that, I'd only book this hotel again if there wasn't any other affordable alternatives.
