    Good hotel, walkable to station, tram service & local restaurants. Average sized room for Japan - too much furniture in the room so takes up space.

    The hotel is a bit far from public transportation, including train, subway, and bus stations, but the excellent breakfast more than made up for it. This is definitely one of my favorite KOKO Hotels.

    We stayed 3 days and it was pretty nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and free flow coffee was a plus. The room is spacious and fancy. Two stations from Sapporo station and around 9 mins walk from Susukino station. We traveled near by city from Sapporo station so the location is not quite convenient. Overall it was a nice hotel with good prices.
