With five bedrooms, three large full bathrooms and brand-new beds in every room, everyone has a comfortable place to rest. It's an easy, welcoming base for exploring Stevens Point and Central Wisconsin.
The Space:
This bright, spacious home is made for gathering, with plenty of room to relax and spread out.
The gourmet custom kitchen is the heart of the home, ready for big family meals, morning coffee or a weekend of cooking together. Natural light pours in throughout, so the home feels warm and open. A dedicated office makes it easy to keep up with work while you're away.
Five bedrooms, all with brand-new beds, sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. Three large full bathrooms keep busy mornings running smoothly.
Outside, the fenced yard gives kids and pets room to play. The fire pit is a perfect spot to relax together in the evening. The two-car garage and driveway offer free parking for up to four vehicles.
Guest Access:
The entire home is yours during your stay, including all five bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen, the office, the living spaces, the fenced yard, the fire pit, the two-car garage and the driveway.
This is a self-check-in property with keyless entry, so you can come and go as you please. Your check-in instructions and personal entry code will come through Breezeway before you arrive.

The home sits in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood that's great for walks, with easy access to the best of Stevens Point.
Get outside on the Green Circle Trail, a 27-mile loop of hiking and biking trails along the Wisconsin and Plover Rivers, through forests, parks and wetlands. Part of the trail runs through Schmeeckle Reserve, a natural area on the UW-Stevens Point campus. The Wisconsin River is also a great spot for paddling.
Downtown, the historic Mathias Mitchell Public Square is home to the longest-running farmers market in Wisconsin. It's busiest on Saturday mornings from spring through fall. Start your day with coffee at Mission Coffee House or brunch at The Wooden Chair on Main Street. Book a tour at the historic Stevens Point Brewery, or explore the local breweries and distilleries of the Central Wisconsin Craft Collective. Golfers will love SentryWorld, one of the area's best-known courses.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available for trips around Stevens Point and the surrounding area. It can take longer to get a ride late at night, during events or in winter weather, so we suggest booking a little early.
If you're bringing a car, the city is easy to get around. Free parking is available in the two-car garage and driveway for up to four vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
This is a two-story home, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.
Please use the fire pit with care. Never leave a fire unattended, keep children supervised, and make sure the fire is completely out before going inside.
The fenced yard is great for kids and pets. Please keep the gate closed, and clean up after any pets.

Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Parking in the garage was a plus when having a packed car and in an unfamiliar location. Property is fenced and although we didnt use it looked great for children to be able to run outside in the yard. Bonus room in the basement with full washer and dryer.

The property is very nice, but two of the beds are fold-out chairs that would only be good for kids. Luckily, we brought a blow-up bed in case we needed it. We were not happy about the additional 35/night for 7 of our 12 people (considered extras). The base rate only covers 5 people. I had only wanted to hold the date and figure out how many were staying, so hadn't entered the number of guests. Also, didn't realize the full amount would be charged when reserving, so that was a shocker. The tile floors need a good scrubbing--socks got pretty dirty. Overall, a very nice place to stay and management was very responsive when we had an issue with a toilet.

Incredibly clean property that proved to be very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were fantastic, backyard and fire pit was nice. Communication with the host was almost great with an almost instant response when we had a question.Overall a 10 out of 10 stay.
