Lovingly Restored Cottage in Downtown Prescott Walk to the Courthouse Square

I cannot say enough about this property! I've been visiting Prescott for 9 years and this is by far the best stay I've had. From Laura's excellent communication to a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, the perfect amount of upgrades balanced with a vintage decor, and the quiet peaceful nights. Although the location of the house in proximity to the courthouse square is very convenient, I spent a lot of time simply relaxing in the house. The grounds are very pretty and I personally appreciate the secure, ample parking. They've even installed in-ground driveway lighting! Many rentals I have experienced are dirty and attention to detail is not a priority. That is not the case with this property. It is very well appointed and they have thought of everything, and then some. It's obvious the hosts care about this property and the people who stay in it. I was extremely comfortable in this home. Oh and I love the dimmers in every room! It was a perfect getaway. I will definitely rent this property again. I loved loved loved it!

Beautiful well-decorated house in a great location, nice backyard area. Walking distance to downtown, but on a quiet street. Comfortable beds & living room, full kitchen & nice touches like fancy hand lotion, Lindt chocolates. Wish water pressure was better. Overall a great rental

Beautiful home, with everything you need and it was in a very convenient location for activities in town. A high priority, the bed was very comfortable!

We’ve been to this house five times since her daughter started attending Emery Riddle and it is our go to every single time. Perfect for our family and we absolutely love it.
