About this house rental
Relax with your family at this peaceful private lake located just minutes from Charlevoix. Private dock with canoe, kayaks, paddle boat. Additional fishing boat with gear (available for rent). WATCH OUR VIDEO in the photo gallery of dawn from the balcony.
Expansive lake view from inside this cozy home nestled in by trees on a quiet road. Fully stocked kitchen, large outdoor grill and lakeside fire pit. Kids can have their own TV, gaming and recreation area down in the lower walk out level (including comfortable sleeping accommodations) while parents can enjoy time upstairs which includes the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, main bathroom, dining area and balcony.
Note: We have one security camera that looks out to the driveway and walkway to the front door. While guests occupy the property, it is only in used during departure days and arrival days to help monitor logistics. Nothing is archived. No other cameras exist in the house or side and back yards.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is beautiful—peaceful and scenic, while still being just a short drive to downtown Charlevoix. It felt tucked away enough to be relaxing but was convenient for exploring the area.We especially enjoyed having access to the kayaks, which made it easy to spend time on the water. Our dogs were also able to enjoy the property, and it was great to have a pet-friendly place where they could be part of our vacation.We happened to visit during a hot spell, so the central air conditioning was a huge plus and kept the house comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, this was a great place to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We’d be happy to stay here again!

The best part about this was being on a small lake and having a canoe and kayaks to use free of charge. The house is small. It’s pretty convenient to get to. Wasn’t quite as clean as I would have hoped ( just things like windowsills) but they had everything you need. In addition to two bedrooms upstairs there are two futon couches downstairs. Plus a laundry room and 1/2 bathroom downstairs in addition to a full bathroom upstairs.

Love this place stayed here now several times and it is always is the best !Good for whole family and my dog . House is always clean , anywhere you need to go is less then 10 mins away , it’s safe , it’s cozy . They have a private lake for fishing , have boats to rent . Have a fire pit right by the lake which I love ! Sunrises and sunsets are unbelievable! They have anything you might need in a pinch right at the house .beds and bedding are so comfortable, always slept like a baby ! Air , shower works really well . I love staying there and don’t want to leave that place everytime we stay . Owners are really amazing people , very kind and accommodating. It’s a most definite recommend and rebook on my part . Absolutely perfect . Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cottage we will be back .
