Wonderful view of ocean and loved having the ocean view in the main bedroom. The listing was very accurate and had good instructions provided.

Amazing balcony view and great location. Furnishings and appliances are a little dated/worn, and lighting in the master bathroom was lacking but overall great place and would stay again.

This unit is wonderful! The pictures are exactly what the unit looks like. The kitchen is well stocked and you are able to cook. We made breakfast, lunch and dinner there multiple nights and it was great! The walk to the beach is the CLOSEST we've ever had in Madeira beach and the pool which just opened was wonderful! Overall a great unit for a family to enjoy! Highly recommend.

The unit was not very clean when we arrived. It also needs a serious deep cleaning and update. The furniture is ALL falling apart. The appliances are rusting. Ceiling lights are full of dead bugs. Floor boards in the kitchen and baths are rotting. The dishes are random leftovers. The sharpest knives turned out to be the butter knives!
The furniture deserves another mention. It’s like they picked it up for free along the side of the road.
Kima is nice, quiet and a great location. Choose a different condo than 405.
Property manager was great with communication.
We are not there just for the condo and knew what we were getting into from previous reviews. We booked late because another reservation was cancelled the owner, so we had limited options. We enjoyed our stay. For the condition it should be priced much lower.
