About this apartment rental
Kima Condominium is located at 14300 Gulf Blvd. at Madeira Beach, Florida, just 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. HAS INTERNET. Fishing, boating, swimming, relaxing sunsets, shell seeking, sun bathing, restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing excursions, gambling cruises and world famous JOHNS PASS VILLAGE are all within walking distance for your enjoyment. This condo has a beautiful beach/ocean front view from the living/dining area and master bedroom. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has a tv in each bedroom and a flat screen tv in the living room. The building has a heating pool, sun bathing deck and an elevator and two staircases. Saturday to Saturday rentals only. We love pets but they are not allowed.
Just a short drive to St. Petersburg/Clearwater and its attractions (Pier, Dali Museum, Baseball Spring Training, golf/tennis) is only 20 minutes away; Tampa has a beautiful aquarium and Busch Gardens are 45 minutes away. Orlando and its attractions (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) is less than 2 hours away!
We have an extra large open air balcony and the best rates on the beach!!! You would be renting from an owner and we pass the savings along to you so you, we have may guest that return year after year and know you will have a great time and would want to return again and again.

The main/master bedroom has a nice soft-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a nice soft sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping people.
Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxing things and later watch the sunset from the off the room.

Property was great location and very clean. Elevator broke 2nd day there but was fixed next morning. We will be renting here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be in regards to the cleanliness and comfort of beds. Both were lacking. A small investment into a more efficient cleaner and some softer bedding could go a long way. Great location, easy to access.

Property was as advertised and our host was easy to keep in touch with.
The location in Madeira beach was great and it was right on the beach. There were some beach accessories in the condo which is always a plus.
The only down side was something that is common to a lot of rentals, a lack of adequate silverware/kitchenware, worn cooking utensils and missing pieces, and other accessories. Now this wasn't critical as we made do with what was there. We went to Dollar Tree and bought some cheap items to leave behind.
We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Charles again.

Owner was unresponsive for days, then difficult to deal with. VRBO rep also found him difficult. The location is great but property reflects a lack of investment--appliances, furniture, etc. Would not rent again from this owner.
