Relax by the beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in this newly renovated luxury condominium. Stroll along the beach, wade through the surf, watch the birds and dolphins and enjoy incredible sunsets from the balcony.
This 1100 sq. ft. condo faces the beach directly with a view of the
beach through the balcony from the living room and master bedroom.
The kitchen and the spare bedroom face the Intracoastal Waterway.
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in
the spare bedroom. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and a
walk-in closet. There is a queen-size bed in the fold-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is complete with cutlery, dishes, cookware, pots and utensils as well as a microwave oven, coffee-maker and a toaster. The unit has a full size stove, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer and a dishwasher as well as a TV and DVD player in each of the bedrooms. There is access to cable TV and WiFi.
There is a full-size heated pool and adjoining Jacuzzi. The building
is a short walk from a plaza with a Supermarket, drug store, and other specialty shops. There are many excellent restaurants within a short walk or drive.
John's Pass is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive with restaurants, parasailing,
jet ski and boat rentals as well as deep-sea fishing, and dinner or dolphin-watching
cruises.
Busch Gardens in Tampa is a 40 minute drive, and the theme parks in Orlando
are only 90 minutes away.
Madeira Beach is one of the many well-known resort areas stretching along Gulf Boulevard. Dunedin, Clearwater, Indian Rocks and Redington Beach are resort communities situated within 20 minutes drive to the north of Madeira Beach. Treasure Island and St. Petersburg Beach are located within 10 minutes to the south. Most spring training camps of the Major League Baseball teams are located in this immediate area.
If you enjoy poolside, ocean sports, sunsets and seafood or relaxing walks along the water’s edge, you will find Madeira Beach to be your answer to a perfect holiday.

Newly renovated condo, clean, tidy, well equiped kitchen. Very well located (close to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.). Great view on the gulf from the balcony (epic sunsets). Pool is clean with direct access on the beach.

Good communication. Very well-equipped kitchen; we could tell that owner spends lots of time here.
We stayed here without a car. Took the Trolley to Clearwater & purchased a reduced fare Flamingo card (over 65) & added money. We could then take the Trolley to anywhere between Clearwater & St. Pete's Beach, get off & walk & get back on to ride back to condo. We even transferred to a bus to take us to St. Petersburg.
Easy walk to Winn Dixie.
Unit looks out directly onto beach & we took elevator or stairs to access the beach.
We'd definitely recommend.
