The staff, the location and the property

Water pressure for hot water reduces in the with some of the rooms (in the mornings), no microwave (not a big deal but would be nice for price paid. Also, more variety for breakfast. Please update pictures of property on booking websites to current not old location mixed in.

Very nice place, the property is a little small but beautifully decorated, nice pool, very nice rooms and the breakfast was excellent

The property is small, more garden area would have been nice

Very relaxed atmosphere. Made to feel very welcome from arrival. Everyone was so kind, warm, friendly and helpful. Fabrizzio ( think that is how you spell it?!) the waiter in paticular was really attentive- he showed us wildlife such as a snake and frogs. He brought complimentary starter and pudding on our last evening- he was a superstar throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this peace of paradise- we left so relaxed and rested.

Good location, great staff

We were there for two nights and almost half of our stay we didn’t have electricity so water was not running and also the AC was not working of course. This was really uncomfortable at night since it’s extremely humid. I understand this is not staff’s fault but we didn’t even have a response when I raised this with customer service. It’s been more than a month and still waiting for a response.
