It is a self-catering property. The location is excellent.

The room my boys stayed had drainage issues and it was not fixed maybe because of the holidays but we managed just one toilet.

Newly built apartment right beside the tram stop. Tumble dryer. Gym and sauna in the main building. Heats up fast. Spacious dining area. Big fridge. Moodlight in the bathroom.

Worst customer service I've had from this website. The intercom cannot ring up. I asked for the door pin, they refused to give it to me, then a few days before leaving they said the management is bothered by me going downstairs to let my partner in and they even called the police(!) because of this, even though they were the ones who told me that I have to go downstairs in lieu of a door pin. I asked for a mop head the day I arrived, as there was only a mop stick. They said they would send one later, which never arrived. I had to buy one myself, stick too, as the generic head didn't fit this stick. The drain lid in the bath cannot be removed, which makes removing blockages very difficult. The bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned before I arrived. The shower head had such low water pressure, I had to buy my own of that too. I waited weeks for my damage deposit to be returned, I had to email them to remind them.
