Excellent location. Free parking right in front of the building. The residential complex is completely enclosed and secure, surrounded by a large garden. The tram stop is very close, and Place Masséna is only eight stops away. The bed is large and very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Thank you!
The shower does not work properly at all. There are instructions explaining how to use it, but the water heater is gas-powered and the pipes seem to be old. Hot water comes for about a minute and then disappears for another five minutes. It was very hot outside during our stay, so showering with cold water did not bother us too much, but this is definitely something that should be fixed.

It’s spacious and clean. Has all the kitchen utensils required. We were offered cards to top up and use for tram and bus trips.
The water when having a shower especially in the evening or night would be very cold, which meant taking a long time whilst waiting for the water to be warm. That led to unpleasant shower time.
