Boney was very helpful and offered help at every available opportunity. Nice quiet property with good aircon and bathroom. Nice patio outside to sit.

Approach road is a narrow alley that is difficult in terms of mental peace or confidence in security.
Room did not have enough space to put luggage. Breakfast could have more food.

Excellent facilities, great host, serene location. I will look forward to staying there again when I am in Alleppey. The caretaker is a gem of a person. He catered to all our requests. The walk from the home stay to the town is quite surreal.
