The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfortable and conveniently located within the main shopping area. No problem during checked in, the staff Oscar waited for us and was very helpful. Highly recommended.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, davvero centralissima e abbastanza equidistante dalle principali attrazioni. L’appartamento è ben rifinito, pulito e i letti sono molto comodi. All’arrivo abbiamo notato che in una delle stanze mancava parte del set di asciugamani, ma l’host che ci ha accolte ci ha fornito subito quanto necessario, risolvendo immediatamente il piccolo inconveniente.

The location and the apartment is beautiful.
Our flight arrived at 11am into Florence for a 1 night stay at this apartment and i reached out to our host for a possibility of an early check in. Unfortunately she said no until 3pm. I then asked if we could keep our bags somewhere she sent me an address while we were in our taxi with no explanation, We arrived at the address she had sent and it turned out to be a left baggage centre. We had to pay per hour to store our luggage. A few minutes later Lesia was ready to check us in, when I asked if our Apartment was ready, she said no but she was in the area and I guess it was about what was convenient for her and her wanting to get it over and done with. We had to wait another hour to get checked in. Many steps with no lift and no one to help while our host watched myself, my 65 year old mum and kids carry 4 suitcases through 4 flights of steps. The next morning at 10am the cleaning lady used her key to let herself in while we were still in our pyjamas and with my kids still sleeping. She started cleaning for the next guests arrival. We pleaded to her to give us 15minutes to pack up and she carried on cleaning , I had to call the host that we needed privacy to at least get changed so we could leave the Apartment, it was another long conversation as the host herself was not very accommodating. Eventually she agreed to give us 10 minutes. Within that 10minutes the cleaning lady started pressing door bell angrily and aggressively for a prolonged time. The cleaning lady locked up the bathroom so we won’t be able to use it, and took the key away with her. It was a traumatising experience most especially for my kids seeing a stranger let self into the Apartment. No lift, no kitchen towel in the kitchen, no soap, shower gel in 1 bathroom, no water (you could put a bottle to welcome your guest) it is water and after those stirs, your guest will need to hydrate.
