The little house had everything that you could need as well as some extras! The weather turned rainy for our visit so we really stayed at the house much more than we normally would and we had a cozy relaxing weekend! The owners live on site and were attentive to our needs, even offering for us to park in their driveway so we wouldn’t get too wet! The location is excellent for going anywhere in the Rogers/Bentonville area. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfy, cozy little house at a convenient location. Very clean and well stocked with anything you might need for your stay. Great little outdoor patio for relaxing at the end of the day. Friendly hosts willing to go above and beyond to be accommodating! An all-around wonderful place to stay!

Excellent location, good furnishings and good use of a small space, generous snacks and drinks as well as toiletries. Nice outdoor space as well.
By the way, I'm not sure why the 'guest profile' for this review is listed as Yoel (my husband); he may have made the booking, but my name is Dan, and also we are not from Italy!
Only a modest quibble: a small dining table and two chairs would have been helpful, but I know the space is limited -- this would probably mean eliminating the armchair in the living room.
a mild ant problem at bathroom sink, but not a big deal.
a couple but not all of the electric outlets in the kitchen (including microwave and fridge) stopped working the day before I left. This didn't affect me much but could have been a bigger problem earlier in my stay. Lori & George were very helpful & accommodating about this.
