The studio was comfy and clean - beds were very comfortable! Location was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood - very safe area. Kitchen had all the items we needed. Host provided some snacks and drinks (very thoughtful) and communicated very well. I will definitely stay there again!

Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse. Great rib-eye! Gave us lots of info on different Antique shops to check out and info about downtown Bentonville Arkansas.Will definitely stay again next year. This is a place you want to stay!!

I was so happy to find a place that was so accommodating to my needs. I have allergies to fragrances and they were more than happy to accommodate me! Their adorable place is just as it looks in the photos. Wilma and Mark are caring folks who even took the time to teach my daughter and her boyfriend and I a new card game. They gave me tips on where to go for walks and hikes and where to go for coffee. This place is in a very safe neighborhood so I felt at ease coming in after a late flight. I hope to come back to stay here again the next time I visit my daughter.

Every big and little consideration was provided to this studio. I will be back when I return to Bentonville. A lush garden and comfy porch await after a quiet sleep. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy a walk in the neighborhood.

Very friendly hosts that had everything ready! Was a quick visit to see family. I was revealing alone with my young daughter and we felt very safe. We appreciated how easy it was to check in and out. They had everything we could think of in the room and bathroom. We will be visiting them again!

We LOVED this cozy, studio apartment-it was perfect for our 3 night getaway to celebrate anniversary/birthday with the added touch of a card and Crumbl cookie to greet us. It was a perfect location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville without having to get on a busy Highway but yet access to 49 was so close. Mark & Wilma were a wealth of information and their recommendations were greatly appreciated. I think our favorite part was sitting outside on the deck each morning with our cup of coffee. We loved it when Mark would join us for a bit of conversation-you can tell he loves people and he would bend over backwards if we needed anything. I feel like we made new friends !! We will definitely be back

Everything about our stay at Osa’s Haven was perfect! I wasn’t sure how the setup would be with it being attached to the house but it was your own private little space that was cozy and just right. Access was super easy and instructions for everything were super clear. The space was clean and had everything we could need. The bed way super comfy and cozy. There was a TV, an electric fireplace, games, snacks, and even some ice cream in the freezer for us! The room has the absolute perfect temperature, too. The home is settled in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the hosts were so friendly. My daughter isn’t easy to impress but she loved it and has already asked to come back! I highly recommend this place!

This is an easy access location in a quiet neighborhood. Our host, Mark, was extremely friendly and helpful. Take his recommendations on where to eat! The studio apartment we stayed in was so nice! It was just perfect for us. We never got to meet his wife but I’m sure she helped decorate it and it was very pretty. This is such a sweet little cozy place with plenty of privacy. If you like cooking your meals when traveling light meals can be prepared. The owner is onsite if you have questions or problems but we had no problems. Mark was very caring and considerate of our needs. This was a great location for us to come and go while visiting with Bentonville family over Thanksgiving! Mark was so attentive and ready to assist with any needs that came up, but all our needs were already met! Great to have chilled bottled water and a basket of snacks along with coffee for that early morning boost of caffeine!

Wilma and Mark are gracious hosts, concerned about your comfort. The property is minutes from downtown, the museums and I-49. The studio is stocked with all the amenities you need. It’s attached to the house (previously a mother-in-law’s space) but you have your own private entrance. We were totally comfortable and pleased with our stay here.

Place was perfect for my quick weekend to see my kids in Fayetteville. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly. They wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. They had a great little basket of snacks that I dove into as I had the munchies of course. Thanks for the Reeses Cups!!! They even left me a free Queso and chips coupon for a local restaurant that came in handy. I will for sure be back!!!

We enjoyed just visiting and getting to know them, too. They are really good people! They even shared some of the produce from their garden, so kind! Suite was wonderful- very clean with everything I needed, and the bed was SO comfortable. Area was very quiet, yard was beautiful-hosts went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Thank you Mark and Wilma for everything: Leaving an umbrella for me when I arrived in a downpour. Supplying all the snacks, ice cream and coffee. Having the grill ready for our BBQ, and helping us with the seasoning and cooking. Supplying the board games. Trip was very relaxing, and I hope to return on my next trip. Thanks again!

Loved my trip to Bentonville! Mark and Wilma were very welcoming, and the cottage is immaculate and well-stocked with towels, blankets, soap, coffee, tea, even snacks. The bed is very comfy. I was there for a cycling event and they even have a little bike wash station complete with rags. A huge perc was that Mark was able to transport me a few times to Coler Mtn Bike Preserve (as well as to the airport) with my bike, saving me a rather hairy ride thru traffic. He and Wilma could not be more gracious. Thank you for providing such a lovely, quiet, and clean haven to return to after days on the trails and gravel!

This awesome MIL suite was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This place was close to downtown and the neighborhood was very quiet. Mark and his wife made every attempt to make sure we felt welcomed and were also very helpful in making plans around the town.
