I could make a whole trip to Bentonville just to stay in this rental! The hosts provided friendly and clear communication. The decor is unique and thoughtful. They’ve created a beautiful space! It feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment for the weekend than like renting a room. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything! I was in town for an event at the 8th Street Market. It was an easy walk to the event. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Benton House!

Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. The space is decorated well and the bed was very comfortable. The overall size of the place is pretty small with narrow doorways, which weren’t an issue but just sharing. We did have some trouble with getting in at first but the hosts were quick to respond and get it taken care of. The surrounding area around the property looked a little rundown at first but ended up being a nice, quiet area with fast access to The Momentary, which is why we were in town. We also were able to get to Target and Pinnacle Hills Promenade super quick. The only minor complaint we could even mention would be cleanliness. Now, nothing was just trashed and disgusting but there were just lots of little things that could have been easily cleaned. The floors had quite a bit of crumbs and what looked like hair throughout, mainly close to baseboards. The bathroom had also had some earring backs left on the counter. Not a major deal by any means but a little more attention to detail would create a better feeling of cleanliness versus what looked to be just a fast once over. I know I’m a clean freak and germaphobe so some may not be bothered by those things. Again, though, it was a nice stay and the hosts were very friendly and helpful!

We loved this cute little place. Had great decor and it was a safe area, and close to downtown. Clean and well kept. Kitchen area had what we needed. The bathroom has poor ventilation, but the shower pressure was great and the water stayed hot. The mattress was our biggest complaint. It was sort of raised up higher near our feet, much like a hospital bed. We didn't sleep well either night. The pillows were also a bit too soft.

The location was walking distance to downtown and the Momentary and coffee shops. It will be perfect for those needing to spend time at the new Walmart Campus. Very clean and offered a welcoming environment. Would stay again the next time we visit.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we had some concerns. The unit itself was very dusty and dirty. The floors must not be mopped regularly, aside from a Swiffer because they were very sticky sounding. There were soaking wet sheets still in the dryer that I didn’t find until two days after check-in. I turned the dryer on to prevent further mildew, but I'm worried the next guest might end up with unpleasant sheets on their bed. Additionally, the lint filter in the dryer was so full that it exploded all over the floor when I opened the door. The outside filter was also jam-packed, and the lint was soaking wet. We cleaned both filters to prevent a potential fire hazard, which was quite concerning. On a positive note, the location was fantastic and central to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The overall feel of the space was welcoming and inviting, aside from the dirt and dust. We would potentially stay there again, but they need a new cleaner that does something beyond the bare minimum.

This property was exactly as advertised, super cute, so clean, and quiet! The king bed was super comfy, with lots of pillow options. We were in town for a concert at the Momentary, and picked this property because of the walkability. The Momentary is a less than 15 minute walk away, and The Square was about a 20 minute walk from this property. I will definitely stay here again!

L O V E D this property and the area around it. They have really done an amazing job to include just about anything you could truly need. I adored the glass refrigerated waters. A washer and dryer- the puzzles . The only issue I had was with the WiFi, ( possibly from the storms), thankfully it wasn’t pertinent this time so it was nice to unplug. 10/10 I would happily stay again 💙

The property was perfect for our long weekend in the Bentonville/Rogers/Fayetteville area for a U of A graduation. We loved the eclectic decor, and the layout and amenities were great. It's a comfortable, cozy property with downtown Bentonville only a short drive away (which we visited on 3 of our 4 days). We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. My only request would be a full-length mirror--perhaps in the closet. : )

The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay. Everything worked as advertised. The bed is a Tempurpedic-type bed, Only you know if you like that kind of bed. I was very comfortable. The drop-off traffic at the school on the adjacent property was heavy but did not make me late to work. You can hear the neighbors in the adjacent unit through the shared wall but it was not annoying. You know you are not alone in the building. Trash pick up is 6:15 am on Thursday AM. I will stay here again.

The property is not on the best street or the best neighborhood. Didn't feel scared or think it was a bad neighborhood, but it is a little ways from anything with a tear down of an old home next door and old homes around it that are not part of the renovation of the town yet. This particular old complex has been renovated and the place was nice. Great if you just need a clean, simple place to stay.

The property was clean and fresh, however it needed a few items: tissues, a kitchen wash cloth or sponge to wash dishes, paper napkins, a cutting board, directions regarding the TV as you need to use your own pass codes to access streaming services, and direction on raising and lowering the blinds without causing damage to them. I would suggest a book in the property with relavent information. We enjoyed our visit, hopefully these suggestions will help the next renter's visit!
