Overall, Zaha Taiba Hotel is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, and the open buffet was genuinely excellent. The restaurant staff were very professional, and the bus drivers were kind and respectful.
Unfortunately, the shuttle bus service to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi is a serious weakness and needs major improvement. The hotel has only two very small buses, which are completely inadequate for the number of guests. They become extremely overcrowded, with people standing and barely any space, while the AC is also very weak. The buses honestly feel more like public transportation than a hotel shuttle, and even Madinah’s regular public buses are more spacious and modern.
More importantly, we were told at check-in that the buses operate every 20 minutes, which was not our experience. In reality, they seemed to operate mainly shortly before and after prayer times rather than at 20-minute intervals. This is particularly important because the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. I have no issue with the hotel being located there, but in that case, a reliable and adequate shuttle service is essential.
Guests should take this into consideration when booking, as there is a real possibility of not finding a bus, not finding space on one, or waiting long enough to miss a prayer. The fact that the reception describes the buses as an “extra” service does not make the problem any less significant when many guests depend on them.
Despite this, the hotel itself is excellent in terms of rooms, cleanliness, food, and restaurant staff. The transportation service is simply far below the standard of the rest of the hotel.

The room is beautiful and clean.
I hope they will add more variety of food for breakfast.
I hope the A/C have vent mode option.
It’s far from Masjid An-Nabawi but they have shuttle buses but not 24/7.
