    This hotel is suitable only for spending the night and does not offer the level of comfort or service you would expect. The Wi-Fi is practically unusable—even basic tasks like searching on Google or watching YouTube don’t work. Although I requested a quiet room when booking, the room was noisy due to constant outside noise. The reception staff listened to my complaints but took no action to resolve the issues. Dust entered the room through the air conditioner, and the window faced a wall, making the room feel dark and enclosed. Overall, the hotel lacks proper maintenance, hospitality, and customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
