Es ist eine schöne kleine Wohnung, in der man alles hat was man für eine kurze Übernachtung braucht
Es war nicht alles sauber, der Backofen war nicht geputzt, im Bad war der Mülleimer von vorherigen Gästen nicht geleert. Das Doppelbett war sehr unbequem, die Matratze viel zu weich. Die Kissen viel zu hart. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt wenn man ins Stadion möchte, die Stadt ist fußläufig zu weit.

Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür an der Straße, separates Schlafsofa, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive, eine Grundausstattung ist in der Küche vorhanden, sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Sehr unbequemes Schlafsofa und nicht sehr bequeme Matratze im Bett. Das Wohnviertel/die Umgebung ist nicht sehr attraktiv. Die Türklinke der Haustür muss repariert werden (sie ist locker). An der Treppe zum Schlafzimmer (Obergeschoss) ist kein Geländer montiert und der Aufgang ist sehr eng.
