De mooie ruimte en de locatie
Communicatie was vriendelijk maar ingewikkeld. Appartement wordt blijkbaar beheerd door een bureau dat vanuit een ander land werkt. WiFi werkte eerste dag niet. Hulp daarbij ging met veel gedoe via de chat en mail. Ook de communicatie rondom de borg was vervelend. Pas na aandringen werd de reservering ongedaan gemaakt. Gaf vervelend gevoel omdat je geen idee hebt met wie je te maken hebt.

It is really a very nice apartment with lots of space. Kitchen is ok. Main room is beautiful but the lighting in the evening is minimal. The apartment is along a busy street, but it is sound insulated very well. Bed very good. I would have liked to give a rating of 9 for this, but ....
But there one thing I didn't like at all. Two days before our arrival in Amiens I received a message over the Booking app stating that I had to give a deposit of 200 euros by Credit Card. Otherwise we couldn't enter the apartment. Well, there is no word in the advertisement about a deposit. I payed because we didn't want a fuss. In the message the host promised to return the deposit within three days. No. I had to send him a message after a week. Then he returned the deposit.
